Trailer Trash
So one of the things that makes our trip in little unique is our trailer. We have a repurposed 1960s utility trailer. Was originally owned by an electrical company, and then redone it into a camping trailer. It weighs about 1400 lb and is absolutely unique and a head turner (in many different ways). I've given Aurelius (the name of our trailer) several upgrades with a new coat of stain, new tires, new leaf springs, and repacked the bearings. It hauls our bikes, tents, screen room, cots, camping supplies, and any other stuff we need while still being light enough to be hauled by our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. So far, it's been towing well. Fingers crossed.
